Oberon is the King of all fairies. He has a strong connection to nature, and his moods can affect the weather. So don’t make him mad, unless you’re ready for some storm clouds coming your way!

• Characteristics: As the Fairy King, Oberon projects an image that is both regal and formidable, with a bit of mischievousness thrown in for good measure. His head is held high with a slight smirk on his face, and his large wings spread out wide behind him.
• Size and Color: Oberon is just over 4 ½ inches tall, with a wingspan of about 2 ¾ inches. His green, turquoise-edged wings match his green tunic, and his pants are khaki. His boots are brown, and his belt and sword hilt are brown with silver accents. The collared shirt under his tunic is white.

History:

Oberon is probably best known for his appearance in the William Shakespeare play, A Midsummer Night’s Dream. The play involves various mistakes and hijinks that result from a dispute between Oberon and his wife, the fairy queen Titania. Oberon has also been mentioned in several plays and literary works dating back to the 1500s.
