Model History and Information: Panel delivery vans were a common commercial vehicle body style through the 1930s and 1940s, offering businesses an enclosed, weatherproof alternative to open-bed trucks for local delivery routes. Their fully enclosed cargo area could be finished with a company’s own paint scheme and signage, making them a popular choice for beverage distributors and other retailers who wanted a mobile advertisement alongside their deliveries. This 1:43 scale replica represents a 1945-era panel delivery van finished in Coca-Cola livery, with a chrome-trimmed grille, bumper, and wheel hubs, separately applied side mirrors, and a 1945 Georgia rear license plate.
