Model History and Information: Introduced in 1928, the Ford Model AA was Ford’s medium-duty commercial truck, built alongside the Model A car but riding on a heavier frame offered with a 131.5-inch or, later, a 157-inch wheelbase. Powered by the same four-cylinder engine as the Model A, it could be fitted with pickup, panel, stake, and other commercial bodies, and was widely used by businesses for local delivery work.
