These Model Master hobby enamels for cars are deep, rich, contemporary colors specifically selected for today's cars and trucks. Many are semi-transparent pearlescents, and by altering the base coat, a modeler will be able to achieve subtle color variations and tones. If using 1244 Gold, 1246 Silver or 1251 Copper you may clear coat with 2936, 2736 or 1814 only. Any other clear coat will deleaf or dull the metallics. Also not for use over white or light colors. It will dry with an amber tint. Instead use Glosscote or Dullcote Lacquer numbers 1160, 1260, 1161 and 1261.

PLEASE NOTE: THE RESIN IN THIS CLEAR TOP COAT HAS A LIGHT AMBER COLOR WHICH WILL AFFECT THE COLOR AN ITEM PAINTED WITH A WHITE OR LIGHT COLOR. USE LACQUER CLEAR GLOSSCOTE 1961 OR 1261 FOR COVERING WHITE.
